I am very confident about this Dutch Tax authority’s saying:

This is also my motto, helping South African immigrants finding their way through the drifting streams of the Tax world.

Hopefully my help and advice , in your mother tongue, Afrikaans or English, can be eventually in such way that it is not only easy but also nice.

The Dutch tax has a synergy with all aspects and walks of the new Immigrant’s life in the Netherlands, and not only for the first few months, but for years to come.

Within the first year of settling and finding their way into the walks of the Dutch life, the perhaps biggest purchase of the  South African immigrant will be the purchase of a house.

M form , 1^st year filing.

How can we make it easier ?

As per 1^st June 2021, the Belastingdienst allow the 1^st year arrivals to file the M form  Income Tax  return via the public portal.

Not very nice ! why ?

This filing on the public portal do not calculate a final amount to receive or to pay.

The  assessment months later is final. This final assessment cannot be argued with a letter of complaint. The amount to be received or to pay is final.

We can make it easy by filing an accountant software M Form, with calculations and calculated amount to be received ( which happens in most cases.)

The draft will be discussed with first and upon your go ahead the filing will be submitted.

This makes it easy.
