It’s the time of the season, new resolutions ( or not) and the irresistible new tax year 2022.

In a few weeks time the Dutch tax authorities will present the new Income Tax return for the year 2022, but a few weeks earlier will be the presentation of the 1^st year Income Tax filing ; the ‘M form 2022 ‘.

Did you arrive from South Africa in 2022 ?, you need,  as new Dutch resident, to file this report.

The 1^st year filing is a return that is mostly a subject of (big) fiscal deductibles .
